The idea for establishing an insurance services company affiliated to Bahman Group and Mellat insurance company was originally proposed by the high ranking managers of the Group in Jan.2007 with the goal and mission to offer various kinds of insurance services, risk and damages consultation, improving the current insurance policies, investigating the insurance requirements of society, damages approval etc. to Bahman Group and its subsidiaries in order to create an insurance business environment through the connections of the Group with other economic enterprises.

After obtaining the approval letter no. 10216 dated Jan.24,2007 From Iran's Central Insurance Organization, Bahman insurance services co. was officially registered in Tehran bureau of industrial ownership and company registration as an agent of Mellat insurance co. to offer insurance services in accordance with the laws and regulations of the high council of insurance and provisions of insurance agents laws. Later upon signing the agency contract no. 3/3002/ن/86 with Mellat Insurance company and obtaining the license no. 17883 dated Aug.21,2007, Bahman Insurance Services officially started its activities in all fields such as property, real people and engineering.

In line with the realization of the major plans and goals of Bahman Group and Mellat Insurance co., Bahman insurance services co., set the below mission:

- Offering new insurance services and products as an agent of Mellat insurance co.

- Promoting insurance culture thereby creating economic and social security for the society

- Protecting economic enterprises through offering risk and insurance consultation

- Promoting trade and business, sustained entrepreneurship and studying insurance market

- Creating value added economic revenues for the holding
