Iran Chassis Production Company is located in the 16^th Km of the old Karaj road (65^th m Fath) in an area of 27,000 square meters with 12,000 square meter of infrastructure. In 1986 the organization for the development and renovation of Iran industry (IDRO) entrusted the then Iran Vanet (current Bahman Motor) with the project for the establishment of a chassis production company which was later ranked among one of the most important projects in the first decade after the Iranian revolution.

Iran Chassis Production Company was accordingly established by the investment of IDRO in Mar.17, 1992 with the initial capital of 10 million IRL under the registration no. 89322 and was officially operated in early 1994. In Mar.1, 1994 the capital of the company was increased to 10 billion IRL by Iran Vanet and was fully transferred to Iran Vanet. Finally after 67% of the stocks of Iran Vanet were offered in Tehran stock exchange, Iran Chassis production co. was also transferred to the private section. The current capital of the company is 200,000,000,000 IRL.

The mission of the company has been defined as: the production and assembly of a variety of chassis for light and heavy vehicles and importing different kinds of chassis for care manufactures as well as export. All legitimate commercial and business activities have been also authorized by the company's articles of association. Using high tech industrial machineries, besides the production of complete chassis and chassis beams for various vehicles, the company also uses its surplus capacity for cutting different sheets, paining parts and curving different tubes. The target market of the company includes light, semi heavy and heavy vehicles for the whole country and region as well as the railing industry. The company is currently also involved in the production of beams and train parts for the railing industry
