Mazda Yadak Co. was established in 1981 as a subsidiary of Bahman Group with the BG appointed board members in accordance with the commerce laws and regulations.

After more than three decades of activity, the company's mission is to create, develop, equip and support the after sale service network of BG's products and to also procure the necessary spare parts from local and international partners as well as offering vehicles with the especial options as required by customers.
